Architect, real estate agent, land broker
Born on 10 March 1892 in Ekatironodar, Kuban Province. Of Armenian heritage. Was married to Maria Aleksandrovna Kirlian (b. 1910), had daughter Anna (b. 1940).
From 1940 to 1947 he operated the real estate agency Kirlian Realty Co. 古林地产公司 ("Land and estate agents, architects and civil engineers"), with the address at 108 Route Grouchy, where he also resided. The firm employed the well-known architect and interior decorator N. C. Sokolovsky and the architect W. (V.) A. Fedoroff, the architect of the Dufour Apartments.
In 1940, Kirlian assisted in finding and securing a building for St. Tichon's Orphanage at 95 Route Victor Emmanuel III.
Kirlian was friends with Russian literary artists and collected rare books. Having left Shanghai by way of Hong Kong he ended up in Rio de Janeiro and in the 1950s operated his real estate company, G. Kirlian & Cia. After his death, his widow disposed of his book collection.

Родился 10 марта 1892 года в Екатеринодаре Кубанской губернии. Армянских корней. Жена – Мария Александровна. В Шанхае был коммерсантом, агентом недвижимости, владельцем фирмы "Кирлиан Реалти Ко" на рут Груши с 1940 по 1947 годы. В фирме в разные годы работали архитектор и декоратор Н. К. Соколовский и архитектор В. А. Федоров, создатель здания "Дюфур".
В 1940 году Кирлиан помог найти и арендовать здание во Французской концессии для размещения приюта Св. Тихона Задонского. Кирлиан дружил с эмигрантскими литераторами Шанхая и коллекционировал редкие книги. После отъезда из Шанхая он осел в Рио-де-Жанейро, где владел конторой "G. Kirlian & Cia" и занимался перепродажей невозделанных участков в провинции.
